Medical care

During the NATO summit, Hadoks provides the emergency GP care for all the NATO guest, twenty-four hours a day.

If you experience a medical-, dental- or medication emergency , please call +31(0)880025031. This number is available for all NATO summit guests from Sunday June 22 to Wednesday June 25.

To give you the best care available, it is important to call the following number – +31(0)880025031. A Dutch General Practitioner will assess your medical issue and refer you to the appropriate care provider.

During daytime hours 8 am – 8 pm, there is a special medical room at the Word Forum location. This medical room is only accessible to delegates who have access or are already present in the Word Forum location. In the evening and during the night we will refer you to the best and available care provider.

Dutch care

Our medical care can be different than the care you are used to in your own country. We kindly ask you to respect possible cultural differences and trust the first-class care that our Dutch GP’s provide.

Payment

When using medical services, payment of the invoice is requested on the spot. An invoice outlining the treatment or medication is provided, which can be submitted to your own health insurance upon returning home. Payment can be made with all internationally accepted credit cards.

If you are in possession of an European Health Insurance Card, please present it.
